Clean place & outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally nice staff at night shift. Had executive suite with large clean bed as well as balcony. Very central location, ideal base for discovering Dubai.

I faced numerous issues. The staff was unhelpful and the reception area was chaotic. On my checkout day, I received multiple calls about a payment that I had already completed, annoying.

I loved the fresh smell that greeted us every time we returned to our Standard Double Room, and the peaceful vibe really helped us unwind. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the soothing massage offered at the spa, perfect for rejuvenation! The only hiccup was the shower water being too hot sometimes, but that didn't ruin our overall great experience 😊

This hotel was unique, with great service and amazing location very close to the restaurant. Location: the property was close enough to Close to the airport, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Jumerieh Beach and many other hot spots and airport terminal and cruise terminal. Meals were good, and there was Miss Wang near the hotel.

The room size is fantastic with a nice living area and separate shower. Great air conditioning keeps it cool. They provide two free bottles of water daily and a kettle with tea/coffee facilities. Free parking is available, a plus. The location is perfect for exploring local shops. Very clean too!
